The Commissions mode recreates the full loop of the real game in four steps — no tutorial needed, the buttons guide you:
1 · Pick a commission
Seven Twillford townsfolk post briefs with hard requirements: a quality bar, the fabric metres you must reserve, and style-tag targets like Cute or Romantic. Rose starts easy; Prudence does not.
2 · Sketch the pattern
Choose a collar, sleeves and a skirt. Every combination moves your live style tags (Daywear, Cute, Romantic…) — watch the tag preview and steer it toward the brief before you spend a coin on cloth.
3 · Buy fabric and cut
The fabric shelf sells cloth by the metre, each bolt with its own tag profile. Lay your pieces grain-aligned — the green outline — or rotate them onto the bias for drape at a stability cost. The live Grain Quality % rewards careful placement.
4 · Sew, decorate, deliver
Guide the needle along the dotted seam with your keyboard — steady hands score higher. Then place lace, bows and flowers wherever you like and send the dress out. A score of 92 or more earns the five-star panel; the customer's reaction is worth the wait.
