DressmakerGames.com is a free fan site for the cozy dress maker game Dressmaker. We designed this site so that you can read guides, browse characters, play online and follow our blog without handing over any personal information. This page explains exactly what happens with data when you visit.
1. What We Do NOT Collect
- No accounts: we never ask you to register, sign in, or provide a name or email address.
- No forms: there are no comment boxes, surveys or newsletters that store your input.
- No payment data: everything on this site is free; we never process payments.
- No advertising trackers: we do not run ad networks that build profiles about you.
2. What Is Stored on Your Device
The only thing this site stores is a single language preference in your browser's localStorage under the key dm_lang (values: en or zh). It remembers whether you prefer English or Chinese, so the site opens in your chosen language next time. This data never leaves your browser and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data or clicking the language button.
3. Third-Party Services
To keep the site fast and free we rely on a small number of reputable providers. When your browser loads these resources, the provider may see your IP address and basic request metadata, governed by their own privacy policies:

4. The Blog Backend

Some pages link to the official game and community channels. Once you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies — we recommend reviewing it separately.
6. Children's Privacy
Dressmaker is a family-friendly game and this site is safe for all ages. Because we collect no personal information at all, no data about children is gathered, stored or shared.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever add a feature that changes how data is handled (for example optional comments), we will update this page and the date above before the feature goes live. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
